Occupational Health
Occupational Health helps to keep employees well and safe in the workplace, both physically and psychologically. Occupational Health will assist an organisation in managing risks in the workplace that are likely to give rise to work related ill health.
Pulse Training & Consultancy Ltd can provide services to suit your organisations requirements. Services can be provided on site during your employees working hours, including night shifts and weekend shifts. Absence management can be offered either on site or via telephone consultations.
First Aid Training
We have provided both workplace First Aid Courses and Public Courses since 1999.
Our workplace courses meet the requirements of the HSE (First Aid) Regulations, and include Defibrillator Training.
Courses are held regularly in Worcester but we can also provide training on your own site.
We also offer short courses for new parents and grandparents, to learn essential basic first aid on both babies and children
We can offer Bespoke First Aid Training of your choice.
Health & Safety
Under the current Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, "Employers have a legal responsibility to protect the Health & Safety of their staff and any other people such as customers or members of the public who may be affected by their work"
Companies who do not employ their own Health & Safety Representatives often find it difficult to keep up to date with the ever changing Health & Safety Legislation resulting in possible non compliance.
